Xenolexica

The path a stranger can follow

25 August 2026. Xenolexica documents the Slickrock Holdings journey. This is the public cut. Origin is not written here.

A stranger will not find a holding company.

They will find one Moab implementation shop, two sibling products, a quiet MSP, and a fourth live hostname: trojan.markets. slickrockholdings.com (registered 1 January 2018) redirects to slickrock.dev. There is no portfolio page. Search for "Slickrock Holdings" also hits an unrelated Visalia real-estate LLC. That collision is not this path.

The published life

The only first-party origin on the public web is slickrock.dev/about.

Ryan Badger. Moab, Utah. Started on Apple II BASIC, copying code from magazines. Lived through the dot-com crash, Web 2.0, mobile, and AI. Built for AlphaGraphics corporate (260+ franchises on Adobe AEM) and learned that enterprise means governance, not just code. Built tablet-controlled systems for Action Target, including FBI live-fire ranges, where software failure is a safety breach. Commercial-pilot discipline applied to DevOps. Prior work also names Veracity Insurance and Bluehost.

LinkedIn fills the years before the shop: CTO at PoweredByMRP, January 2017–January 2019, Park City, inventory systems for the aesthetic-device market. slickrock.dev's company card says founded 2019. The Holdings domain is a year older.

The shop today: a Claude Partner Network implementation firm. "You tried the new AI tools. Now you're stuck in the middle." Finish half-built experiments. Replace SaaS with owned software. You own 100% of the code. Public prices: Systems Triage $999, Implementation Roadmap $5,000, Proof of Concept $10,000, all credited toward a build. Fractional AI CTO from $3,500/mo. The about page claims 18 production projects and 6,100+ TypeScript files. Case studies exist and do not name customers.

Bubble exit is a productized 2026 offer. No named Bubble client is on the site.

The same about page still sells two names whose hostnames are down. Under Fact-Based Auditing / "WebEvo.ai & Performance": "You can't improve what you don't measure. Deep technical auditing for SEO, Performance, and Accessibility. Moving beyond 'it feels slow' to 'Time to Interactive is 4.2s'." Under Step 01 Discovery & Intake: "Discovery through AppSpark.ai. We map your unique operational requirements into a technical blueprint." webevo.ai returns a Vercel 404. appspark.ai does not resolve.

The products a stranger can click

DispatchNode is live. Eleanor answers on ring one, books the job, takes a Stripe deposit. Pricing: $99 / $299 / $499 / $899 a month, 14-day trial, no seat fees. A $3,000 website package requires Starter and can add $299 marketing "powered by MarketPounce." Vertical skins are listed (GreaseTrap, HoodCleaning, TruckRepair, EasyPotty, PetPickup). Those are product brands, not paying logos. A 8 July 2026 LinkedIn post is the only public "why we built it": six autonomy levels, and a public CEO role of about five months by that date.

MarketPounce is live. Growth desk: scrape, enrich, pursue, book. $299 / $499 / $899 plus a $3,000 site. Case studies are labeled illustrative. Its own llms.txt says several channels are unfinished.

Vasthelm is live. "Managed IT you actually own." $299/mo for up to 3 users, +$79 each. /about is 404. No founder name, no parent, no customers on the page.

Trojan.markets

Live after a Render cold start. Next.js on Render, Cloudflare, Clerk on clerk.trojan.markets. Domain registered 26 January 2026. Title: "Trojan Markets — Agency Operating System." Meta: "Lead generation, outreach, and market intelligence engine."

It claims a white-labeled autonomous sales engine for SMBs and growth teams. Six modules: Brand/Site Workspaces; Lead Generation Engine; WebEvo Deep Audit; Secret Shop Intelligence; Autonomous Outreach Cannon; AI Sales Trainer + Dialer. Public prices on the homepage: Growth $2,997/month plus $3,000 setup; Enterprise custom. 14-day trial.

Every book-demo and sign-up link goes to slickrock.dev/meet. That is the only first-party public link to Slickrock. DispatchNode, MarketPounce, Vasthelm, Xenolexica, Holdings, and Ryan Badger are not named on the page. /about and /docs sit behind sign-in.

Search for the words "Trojan Markets" also hits Canadian securities alerts on other hostnames. Those are not this site.

There is no published group journey on the Holdings domain. This page is the start of one.
